Motion passed by Federal Council: To direct the Executive Director to add committee information to the member area of the GPC website, listing committees, chairpersons, members and meeting schedule.

Significant improvements and requirements incorporated to Federal Council Handbook:

Creation and chairing of a monthly Committee of the Whole (CoW) open to all members;

Audio recording of meetings of Federal Council (FC) and its committees (not available to members yet);

That the President will make the draft FC agenda available to councillors as an online document with commenting access at least 14 days before the meeting. The final agenda and supporting documentation will be circulated among councillors no later than 7 days before a scheduled FC meeting;

That Federal Council members be provided with full access to all normative documents (eg. process, procedure, guidelines), plans and reporting produced by the Party or external parties regarding Party affairs as well as all committee agendas, minutes and documents or information produced by committees or as a result of deliberation;

That FC councillors be admitted to observe any in camera session of the Executive;

That a draft agenda be sent to Council with notice of Executive Committee meetings.

Motion passed by Federal Council: To recommend that FC instruct the ED to coordinate an initiative that would have three objectives:
a) Inform members about the Global Greens Charter, Global Greens Principles and the six GPC values
b) Set or reaffirm with our membership the Vision, Mission and Values of the GPC, and
c) Determine with our membership what implementing Vision, Mission and Values should entail and begin a program of implementation and innovation.
